How do I grant other users within my organization or 3rd party access to my account?

If you want another person within your organization to have access to your account, you can create a sub-account under the Client Panel (Billing Area).

1) To do this, first log into our Client Dashboard

2) Click on the drop down on the top right -> User Managment

3) Focus at the bottom of the page. You will be able to invite a new user to have access to your account. Select the necessary permission as you need.
