If you want your accountant, IT to receive a specific email from the account. You can create a Email Contact
1) To do this, first log into our Client Dashboard
2) Click on the drop down on the top right -> Contact
3) You can create a new contact under this billing profile and at the bottom you can select the specific Email notification
they will receive. Such as invoices and overdue notices.
Note: Email contacts don't have access to your account. If you want to provide account access. Please check the guide on how to provide sub-account access.
