I'm getting intermittent connections, how do I troubleshoot with MTR ?

This may be a network issue between your internet provider and our datacenter. You can follow the steps below to identify the connection.
1) Download WinMTR: http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/
You can use eitherthe 32bit or 64bit edition
for MAC: http://rudix.org/packages/mtr.html
2) In the host field, enter in your domain name
3) Let the MTR run for five minutes.
4) After the two minutes, click Stop and Copy Text to clipboard
5) Paste the text into a support ticket and submit the ticket.
We will then be able to analyze the result and see where the problem may be.
