How to restore an email account from backup on cPanel
- Login to your Client Dashboard account
- Click on My Services button in the Welcome page
- Click on manage service button
- Login to cPanel link on the sidebar menu
- On the Jet Backup tab and click on Email Backups
- The email accounts available for backup will appear by creation date order, and you will have the option to Restore or to Generate Download
