How to create domain wide email footers

If your organization would like to have a standardized email footer on all outgoing emails, then continue on this article.

This particular setting is useful for organizations such as law firms or firms that want to display a confidentiality disclaimer or company messages at the bottom of each email

  1. Log into the Webmail for the domain administrator
  2. Goto Domain Settings on the top menu then General on the left side menu
  3. You should now see a Footer box on the right hand side. Enable Override footer settings for this domain and Enable footer for all messages
  4. Now you can click on the pencil icon beside Footer to modify the outgoing footer message
  5. Hit Save on the top left
